MemoryOnlineShop (MOS), a registered business in Singapore, specialises in flash memory cards for digital cameras, video cams, mobile phones, PDA, etc. We are a reseller for Fuji, Kingston, Olympus, PNY, SanDisk, Sony, Transcend and TwimMOS. We stock CF, SD, miniSD, microSD, MMC, Memory Stick, xD, etc. Our mission is to provide good products at heavily discounted prices to you. For us to do this, we buy bulk, direct from manufacturers. Very often, this means cards come in mini-case/tray. However, this also means that we are able to bring to you good products at good prices, because we save on packaging & shipping cost. Please rest assured, we are a volume seller & we only sell NEW cards. We try to advertise our products in an honest fashion. What you see is what you get. How do I know MOS is a genuine business ?

Where can I find your terms & conditions ?

1. All sales are final, no returns or refunds (including shipping, handling, etc), unless conditions fit our return policy.
2. Please make sure that the card you buy is compatible with your devices. Unless otherwise stated, we will not be held responsible for any compatibility issues, nor do we endorse any compatibility tables offered by the various manufacturers.
3. We only sell new products & Warranty are covered by respective manufacturers. For DOA claims, we must be notified within 14 days from the day goods are dispatched. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. We will get the product repaired & return back to you as soon as manufacturer got back to us. Products returned and found not defective will be returned at buyer's own expense. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
4. After shipping, Seller will not be held responsible nor liable for any delays damages nor missing, either direct or incidental.
5. Insurance, where applicable, is through 3rd Party and value does not appear on package.
6. We require 1 working day to prepare & schedule goods dispatch upon our confirmation of fund receipt, ie if fund shows on Wednesday bank statement, typically we will ship on Thursday.
7. Around 90% of customers receive their cards within a week. However, please do allow 2 weeks for delivery, as indicated by postal guidelines.
8. The insurance coverage, where applicable, that comes with SingPost & Fedex is SGD 68.00 & 150.00 respectively, which could ONLY be paid after SingPost or Fedex completed their investigation.
9. Insurance, where applicable, does not show on the postal amount. This should reduce the unnecessary custom inconveniences.
10. Postal/Courier Services' investigation is final. We are not responsible for delay, damages or missing in transit. This also includes items coming back for warranty claims.
11. Seller will not be held responsible nor liable for any damages, either direct or incidental, or caused by the use or misuse of this product.
12. Please read item description carefully. Please don't bid unless you agree to all the terms and conditions.
13. Please make payment within 3 days, after the auction closes. Afterwards, goods availability cannot be guaranteed and we may cancel the transactions.
14. If you are buying more than 2 cards, or value of goods in excess of AUD 100.00, direct bank transfer will be required.
15. We will reciprocate feedbacks, after customer has received the goods & updated the feedback forum to us.
16. We reserve the right to cancel a bid, if the bidder only has negative feedbacks.
17. Serious bidders only. Negative feedback to irresponsible bidders.
18. We do not provide local pickup or COD.
