Other info... We describe all our products as accurately as we know how but we do have a 14 day return policy minus postage on new items. However these must be in the original condition without damage or wear to any parts. If any product is faulty, it is repaired or replaced immediately. Payment is required within 14 days otherwise the item will be relisted and a non-paying bidder alert filed. If this is not possible, please make other arrangements- we are flexible!
It should also go without saying that it is your option to register articles. If you do not want to do this and the article goes missing we cannot be responsible as Australia Post will obviously not reimburse us. Just remember, for a bit extra you will have peace of mind.

How long does the item take to be made and sent to me?
Because these items are custom made it takes usually up to two weeks to be made and sent.
How are these item posted?
All items are posted with registered AUSPost for AU$5. Any items that are valued $100 or more need to be posted with insured AUSPost and the price varies depending on how many items are purchased.
What payments do you accept?
We accept deposit payment into Westpac, Stavroula Alexopoulos, BSB 733060 ACC 632403,or
paypal to byzantium_jewellery@hotmail.com or money order or cheques to 11 Epsom rd Mordialloc VIC 3195.
If I pay with direct deposit what do I need to tell you so that you know the payment has come from me?
Please leave a reference such as the item number, your user id or your name. Alternatively you can email me the receipt number. Please do NOT leave references such as ebay, necklace, Sarah etc.
Can I have any name on the item?
Yes that's right, once you select the style you like and purchase it we make it to any name or word you want.
How much does postage cost for customers that are not in Australia?
Please contact me as charges vary.
Can I have a shorter/longer chain?
Yes I can organize that for you. If you require a shorter chain there is no extra charge. If you need a longer chain please contact me so I can finalize how much extra that will cost.
