Australian bidders: For total security against items not arriving, I offer registered postage within Australia.  However, bidders can still opt for non-registered postage within Australia. But in refusing registered postage, bidders are assuming all the risks not me.  Should items not arrive it is not a reason to provide a negative feedback or threaten me with anything as I believe my perfect record speaks for itself and I have nothing else to prove.

International bidders: International postage quoted are all standard air mail.  It does not have a tracking number, if bidder wants tracking number bidder should ask for Express Post international.  Alternately, I offer insurance as an option.  If international bidders opt not to insure items then bidder assumes all the risks, not me.  Again, should international bidder refuse insurance and items did not arrive or items arrived damaged it is not a reason to provide a negative feedback or threaten me with anything as I believe my perfect record speaks for itself.

I will be packing items carefully but I am not responsible for items getting damaged or items getting lost once posted, they should be registered or insured in the first place.  Don’t hold me responsible for anything that is beyond my control.

Due to the volume of emails I get, all emails and communication must mention what items you are talking about or they will be ignored.  All bidders are encouraged to use the “Contact The Seller” button in the listing to communicate, it makes it easier for me to access communications from anywhere.

Please please please all finalised bidding must be paid within 7 days or risk a  non-paying bidder strike.  I WILL NOT waste my time emailing bidders begging for payments.  As a buyer, it is your responsibility to stay in touch and pay on time.

Payments by e-Cheque or by credit card through PayPal is always delayed till bidder’s funds are cleared, so keep this in mind.  I will only send items once payment is cleared into my account.

All my listings are therefore 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  THIS MEANS: if you have any problems let me know first and the problem will be addressed – instead of making threats that reveals how clueless you are.

For various reasons, I do not accept pick up.  Please do not assume anything, ask questions to avoid any misunderstanding and ask them early please.

Bidders, please make sure your address in your eBay profile is up to date and ACCURATE.  If an item is returned-to-sender for any reason, buyer to pay the postage for the re-posting of the item.

I have been known to post items minutes after payments cleared: weekdays, weekends, midnight, dawn, daybreak, 24/7, etc.  So any instructions to send items to address other than that listed on eBay or any other instructions are best discussed before bid is placed or let me confirm receiving the instruction before payment is send. Otherwise, your instruction might not arrive in time.

Upon payment of your items: To check on the progress of your order, please log into eBay, click on your item and View Order Details.  The date item is posted should be displayed.  I make it a point of regularly updating this when item is posted, so there is no need to email me to ask about it.
