POSTAGE COST

Includes high quality Australia Post padded bag/tough envelope, stamp and other postage supplies (labels, printing cost, etc). This is to ensure all items arrived at your hands in the best possible condition. Higher postage rate applies to some items due to its weight, for example Double Disc Set, Thick Booklet, or Heavy Duty Case. Final postage rate is as charged on the checkout.

FAST POSTAGE

For your satisfaction, items are posted the next business day (Mon-Fri) after the payment is received. Most countries normally receive their items within 5-10 working days.

DELAYS TO ITALY/ITALIA

Postage to Italy are often delayed because of the very strict screening by Italian Custom, therefore buyers are expected to wait up to 8 weeks for their items to arrive. Lost or Not Received Item complaints will not be processed until the end of week 8. This apply to addressee in Italy only.
