We always keep records of our mailings. If you email us with the delivery question, please, include the Item Number, your user ID and your shipping address. Payment methods (Paypal, Bank Wire Transfer, Money Order or Personal Cheque for the auction:

Our preferred payment is Paypal (safe and convenient). If you are paying by wire-transfer, please ask us for our bank details. As for Money order or cheques, please remember to write down the item number and your confirmed shipping address or you can email us yourshipping address along with the item number. For your Information:

1)We no longer ship swords to Italy because Italy is prohibited for importing sword products. Therefore, Italian bidder please don't bid on swords. However, we do carry tsubas and sword stands. You are welcome to bid on those items. Please contact us if you have any questions.
