The Klika Group is an Australian owned and operated company trading mainly online through eBay and our web site.
In 2012 we completed 8 years of online trading with over 1,000,000 successful transactions and deliveries Australia-wide.

Contacting us:


We receive 100's of questions and eMails every day and we work hard to reply to each one as quickly as possible.
Our online listings usually contain all the information available to us for each item so if you have questions regarding the items we offer please read the listing carefully, you may find the answer there.
Some delays can occurs as our staff only work during business hours from Monday to Friday even though our listings are running and ending 24 hours a day.

At Klika we aim to provide all of our customers with the best online buying experience possible, that's why we take a lot of care to ensure we get things right the first time but we understand sometimes things don't go according to plan.
If something goes wrong we hope you will take into account our ability to quickly and willingly resolve any issue prior to leaving feedback.
Even a 4 star rating or neutral feedback can have a large impact on our business so if you have any concerns please call us first, we are here to help.


After buying:


We follow the simplified standard eBay procedure to complete your transaction, all done through eBays' own checkout system, not an off-site checkout. All prices for goods and delivery include GST.

Payments:


We accept PayPal, Direct-Deposit (over the counter or net-banking), Credit Card by phone, and Australia Post Money Order payments only. Sorry we do not accept company or personal cheques, Bidpay, PayMate, or Western Union etc.

PayPal:


PayPal is our preferred method of payment.
All PayPal payments made through the eBay checkout will automatically be applied to your invoice.
PayPal delays:
PayPal is FAST. If you use PayPal we will see instantly that the goods have been paid for and are ready to send.
If you use PayPal and do not get an 'Item Sent' message from us within 2 days (plus weekends/holidays) please message or call us with your PayPal payment date and amount.
Please note, if you use your bank account to fund you PayPal account (called 'echeque') this may add an addition 4-9 days clearance delay for PayPal to process your payment, this will cause a delay in us dispatching your goods.

Netbanking:


You can pay by depositing the funds directly to our bank account by 'netbanking' or
Our BSB and Account number are supplied in our automatic end-of-auction email as well as being available in the eBay checkout system.
We prefer you run through the checkout, it lets us know you have confirmed your purchase and also tells us your selected payment method and exact total amount including shipping.
Please use your eBay ID or (at least) the last 4 digits of the Sales Record / Invoice number in the 'Message' to the recipients bank, it will help us quickly identify your payment and apply it to your transaction correctly.

Over-The-Counter Deposits:


In many cases the bank will not let you leave a message. Please ask the teller to leave (at least) the last 4 digits of the Sales Record / Invoice number as a message to us, it will help us track your payment. After making your payment please enter the information www.Kmate.com.au/bank.php , this will greatly speed up matching your payment with your invoice so we can ensure the fastest possible despatch of your order.

Money Orders:


Please see your end-of-auction email or details in eBay checkout for Money-Order payments after the sale. Bank Deposit delay:
Bank deposits will usually show up the next banking day following the payment. If you make a payment on Friday you should receive a message confirming payment was received on Monday morning. Some payments made in the late afternoon, evening, or night may not show up the next banking day and will require one extra day for clearance.

If you have made a payment and have not received a payment confirmation from us within 2 banking days please email us directly at payments@kmate.com.au or call with the details of the payment, including item number(s) or sales record number(s), method of payment, name of the senders account, exact payment amount, and the date of payment.
Please understand that payments with no sender details and/or the incorrect amount or payments covering non-combined multiple transactions can be very difficult to match against the 100's of eBay transactions we do each week so please be patient, we will work with you to quickly identify and fix the delay

Delivery address:


For security reasons it is our policy to only ship good to the buyer's address registered in eBay only.
It is important that you ensure your eBay registered address is correct.
Klika is not responsible for goods sent to the incorrect address regardless of us being informed of a change of address by email.
If your eBay registered address is no longer valid or you prefer a different delivery address please edit your details in eBay prior to buying or change the address as you go through the eBay checkout.
Why do we only send to your registered eBay address? EBay and PayPal will not accept non-received item disputes where the seller did not send the goods to the address registered in eBay.
Also, we often send goods faster than we can process all emails, so even if you email us to tell us your address has changed as soon as you make your purchase we will often send the goods before seeing your eMail.
All deliveries are on weekdays only.

Pick-Up option:


Some of our items are available for collection, this will be shown in the freight calculator or stated in the listing.
If an item is available for collection you can pay for the item on pickup only from our Melbourne warehouse.
Collection from all other warehouses require payment in full prior to collection as we have no means to accept and process payments at warehouses other than Melbourne.
For all pickups the goods must be collected in person, we cannot accept 3rd party courier collections (couriers arranged by the buyer).
The reason we cannot offer 3rd-party courier collection is that couriers demand the goods be packed and labeled correctly for delivery, as well as requiring us to fill out all their own paperwork.
On top of this couriers refuse to wait for our warehouse staff to retrieve the goods which can take time.
You can save money by collecting items available for pickup yourself but to keep costs down (we do not charge pickup handling fees) the goods are sometimes not packed and labeled suitable for a courier, and there may be a 10-20 minute wait while we process the order in our warehouse dispatch department.

Delivery ETA/Delays:


Please allow up to 14 days for delivery (slightly longer for regional locations) however delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.

You will receive a message from us on the same day or the day after your goods are dispatched letting you know they are on the way.
We will work through any delivery problems with the buyer so please be patient and contact us if your delivery is overdue.

Damaged in Transit ?


It is very rare for goods to be lost or damaged in transit but we understand this sometimes happens and it is disappointing for the buyer.
If receiving goods where the package has obvious transit damage please contact us immediately by phone or email.

Non-Payment:


As part of the process for us to recover fees incurred from eBay for unpaid sales we are required to open an unpaid item dispute for unpaid purchases within a reasonable time after the sale. This is usually 10-14 days after the purchase if we have failed to make contact with you. This is the first step we must follow to recover eBay fees for the sale.

Warranty and RA (return authority):


Unfortunately even the best sellers sometimes have an item that is delivered and found to be faulty. This can happen when buying online or by conventional shopping over the counter.
Don't worry, at Klika we will look after you !
We have dedicated customer service staff who take care of warranty issues and any delivery problems.
Our friendly staff will help resolve any issues as quickly as possible. (Please note: some delays can occur as our staff only work during business hours from Monday to Friday even though our eBay sales are running 24 hours a day.)
If you do find that the goods delivered are faulty on arrival please report it to us within 7 days.

If you find that an item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us at  warranty@kmate.com.au or call us on 1300 456 283 so we can quickly resolve the problem for you !
We will replace or refund faulty items. The choice between replacement or refund will be at our discretion and is usually determined by replacement availability although we will take your preference into consideration.
In cases where the buyer insists only on refund and we agree, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Buyers must obtain an 'RA" (Return Authority) for return prior to returning a faulty item where such a return is requested by us.

Limited Liability:


Klika shall not be liable for any accidental, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind (including without limitation, damages for loss of business etc) arising out of the use or of the inability to use items supplied by us.
In no event shall Klika's liability for any claims whether in contract, tort or other theory of liability exceed the purchase price of the product unless such limitation of liability is otherwise prohibited by law.
