I'm horribly biased but don't I just have the most
gorgeous children?!

CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP AT BIG CRUMBS AND GET
FANTASTIC CASH BACK PAYMENTS FOR EVERY EBAY PURCHASE YOU MAKE! IT *ACTUALLY*
WORKS! (Yes I was sceptical too until I received my first payment just by doing
nothing LOL). I know it might sound too good to be true, especially because it's
FREE and easy, but I encourage you to give it a chance :o)

I highly recommend Pure Profile as one of the
best Online Survey Sites (yes I have actually earned good money just by filling
in surveys with them!)

IMPORTANT -
My International Shipping and PayPal Terms
(Scroll down
for a later rant about postage in general LOL)
First of all I
am so thankful that I can still accept all my regular payment methods as
well as PayPal, what a victory for the "Little People"!
If I must accept
PayPal though I must also work within their Seller Protection Policy to
cover myself against fraudulent chargebacks, and this means that all
items paid for with PayPal MUST be mailed using Registered Mail -
costing an additional $2.80 through Australia Post - which means they
can then be tracked electronically here:
http://austpost.com.au/track/
Before anyone
asks, Express Post is NOT a shipping method accepted by PayPal as it
cannot be tracked online, so I can unfortunately not offer this service
if you are using PayPal!
I wish I could
be more flexible about having to accept this, but I can't. Having just
experienced my own MOTHER have a fraudulent chargeback made against
something she sold, I'm now even more resolved. The buyer filed a claim
saying she hadn't received the item, got her money back because it
wasn't sent Registered Mail, and THEN taunted my mother via eBay's My
Messaging system about how she was glad she got it for free and PAYPAL
STILL WOULD NOT ACCEPT THIS AS PROOF THE ITEM HAD ARRIVED! Can you see
now why I need to - sadly - protect myself? I know 99.9% of my buyers
are wonderful, honest people but as always it's the tiny minority that
spoils it for everyone.
I offer
International Shipping via Australia Post's Registered Mail
International service. I cannot, however, mail to Italy or to Canada due
to problems with your postal services, I'm sorry! And the Registered
Mail is still not cheap but if still it's only a small amount more than
regular airmail and with the exchange rate being what it is, I really
don't think it's too bad. *Most* of my items individually come in at
below the 500g rate which means Australia Post sets the postage rates
at:
USA - $AUD20.50
UK and Europe -
$AUD23.90
Asia - $AUD18.20
New Zealand (for
which eBay runs out of room to quote!!) - $AUD15.90
Please note
these are the ACTUAL Australia Post rates and my packaging, time and
"handling" (*rolling my eyes* at that term!) are all for free :o)
Thank you
everyone for your understanding!

My username combines
just two of my passions...I have an embarrassing addiction to Lily and Rose
themed "things" (especially clothing!), so if you happen to be called Lily or
Rose or know anyone with these names then be sure and keep an eye out for when I
re-sell!
I have been selling
very successfully on eBay for over nine years now (previously as kristophersmum
and then just*chell) and have way over 9000 positive feedbacks so BID WITH
CONFIDENCE as I'm clearly doing something right!!
eBay is a wonderful
hobby for me and I specialise in gorgeous, designer children's clothing
especially Fred Bare from here in Australia, Baby Lulu, Trish Scully and
Gymboree from the USA, as well as Mini Boden & Jottum from the UK and Europe. I
also occasionally offer women and men's clothing, books, toys and collectibles.
Most items are 2nd hand or pre-loved unless otherwise stated (and GST does not
apply) and in great condition - I would not sell something I'd not be happy to
own myself.
I'm a really "girly
girl" and hence love pretty clothes, handbags, shoes and accessories...all
things Shabby Chic, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Paris, Martinis, good food and good
wine. Sadly I find that every day, in every way, I become less and less like
Audrey Hepburn, but I'm trying, I really am :o) eBay helps me find things to
make my life a little more elegant and beautiful in small ways!
I pride myself on
honesty in my auction descriptions and also on my high level of customer
service. Bidding on one of my auctions will always be a friendly and fun
experience if you win!

My Gorgeous Older Daughter
And also if you need to
ask me any questions in the meantime - I'm always happy to e-mail extra
photographs or measurements of anything I'm selling.

My Happy (Dimple-cheeked!) Girl and Youngest Member of
the Family
I'm always happy to
quote on postage and combine items wherever possible to save you money. I try
and get to the Post Office every day when possible, but my family will always
come before eBay and with a three young children including a baby it's not
always easy for me to get out. But I try!
With the new eBay
feedback rating system and these horrid little stars that the buyer can wield
feedback power with - PLEASE, if the item costs $5.70 to post (or $8.50
Registered), and I charge you only that exact amount, then please don't mark me
down for postage and handling costs as I didn't charge you any extra! I'm
actually losing money with the packaging as I use the good quality NEW Australia
Post Tough Bags at my cost with packages (and with the things that I can send as
Large Letters for either $1.10 or $1.65, then I only charge $1 extra for the
Postpacks which actually cost
me $1.10). I also don't charge for bubble wrap or foam beadies or tape or
my time or all the other myriad of things other sellers seem to think it's okay
to charge for! You'd think that people would appreciate me packaging the item
cleverly (packing it flat to send as a Large Letter) so that it only costs them
less than a fifth of the cost of a prepaid $5.70 satchel, but apparently not and
so it hurts to be marked down for no reason at all...!
Same with the
"Communication Rating" - a buyer just rated me less than 5 stars on that which
left me a little flabbergasted. I will email you to thank you for your purchase
when you win. I'll send you an invoice (LOL if you leave me time before
completing checkout!). I email again when your payment has been received and
your item is on the way. If you've paid via PayPal and/or have a Registered Mail
tracking number involved then I'll email that to you as well, both via eBay AND
via PayPal. I'll email you with where you can TRACK using the tracking number.
And if you're a chatty person then you'll find so am I and I'll quite often make
it all more than just a business transaction. So short of emailing you
with your daily horoscope or weather forecast for your district, I'm not quite
sure how much MORE I need to email you with to NOT be marked down for
Communication LOL It's ever so slightly frustrating..! If you DON'T hear
from me, it will be your ISP or email server blocking the emails rather than me
not sending them, so check your Spam folders PLEASE!
Okay - rant over!
And finally, all items
come to you from a very clean, obsessive-with-laundry and smoke free home :o) We
do have a gorgeous Golden Retriever who is not allowed inside the house, and is
also forbidden from helping with the laundry or trying on any of the clothes! As
well as a Burmese cat who does live indoors but is kept away from all eBay
items. That having been said, my children do play with them a lot and so it's
entirely possible that a stray pet hair may eventually withstand the wearing,
washing and ironing process so if your pet allergy is especially bad it's
probably best that you avoid my auctions, just in case (I would hate for anyone
to fall ill!). I also sell clothes on commission for other people and cannot
guarantee that their homes are pet free (although I will only ever sell items
from smoke-free environments).
