If making multiple purchases please request a payment total from us at the checkout once you have finished shopping. If you complete checkout on your own eBay will automatically charge you the full shipping rate with no discount.

Please make sure your shipping details are correct. We ship only to the address registered on the eBay checkout. If your details are incorrect we will not take responsibility for lost parcels. If you have recently changed address or are not sure then please confirm your address with us.

RETURNS

Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded upon return of the item; we will refund your return shipping costs. Size exchange is available on all clothing though we will need you to cover return shipping costs. Exchange or refund items must be unused with all tags attached and received in original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded for returned items and return shipping costs will covered by the buyer on exchange items. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will always try to negotiate a positive outcome.

Please note, the description is as accurate and honestly expressed as possible and that goods are sold in good faith, to be fit for the purpose as stated. However, especially with book, it is very easy to miss sometimes obscure damage. Therefore, in the event that there are any problems with your purchase, we ask that you contact us immediately upon delivery. POSTAGE Multiple items (even those coming off auction at different times) may be consolidated in order to save on postage/packaging costs. Please keep all packaging materials used in your parcel as it will be needed as proof of sufficient wrapping for Australia Post insurance claims.

Large parcels will be sent through a Courier service, please check your parcel BEFORE signing the release in case it has been damaged in transit.

Insurance and tracking is optional for international and domestic destinations. It covers up to $100 for an insurance claim; additional insurance can be purchased for parcels valued over $100. I will not take responsibility for postal services, I will no longer replace items or refund for lost or damaged parcels that are not insured. We do not receive a tracking number for international parcels unless they are insured.

Please note: this service is not available to Canada or Germany; parcels shipped to these regions are done so at the buyer/SPAN>s risk. If a country comes up that I am not aware of I will contact the buyer and offer to cancel the sale with positive feedback.
