Magnetic World is a subsidiary Division of Gundrill Trading Pty Ltd. We set this business up specifically to market magnets to the world but were very quickly made aware that the Australian domestic market demand was also very strong. To best take advantage of our domestic market it was decided that we should also offer our Water Treatment and Filtration Products to the farming communities that have for so long been our core business.

Gundrill Trading Pty Ltd has been involved in Water Treatment and Filtration for over 15 years. We are consultants to the Australian Cattle Industry on water quality issues and offer a comprehensive Water Analysis Interpretation Service. Customers with water issues - be it commercial, farming or domestic, can come to us with confidence that they will receive the very best attention to detail on offer in Australia - particularly concerning the interpretation of water analysis results. When you bid on our water treatment or filtration products you may receive an email from us confirming that what you are bidding on is in fact what you need. Even though you are buying at a public auction I still like to be sure you are buying correctly. Payment Instructions
Please email us directly at gundrill@bigpond.net.au if you wish to have your goods sent to an address different to the one stated on your eBay contact details. This helps avoid your email getting overlooked due to the vast number of eBay emails we receive daily.
Please ensure prompt payments, we only hold winning bids for a short amount of time, if no payment is received we will issue a non-payment notice.
IF BUYING MULTIPLE ITEMS:
Do not go through the check out procedure if you intend to bid on more items from our store. Wait until you have received our final bill, doing so will enable us to combine your items on one invoice, including freight charges.
Shipping Details
DELIVERY TIMES:
We are super fast with our deliveries; all orders will be dispatched by courier or post the same day of payment entering our account. However, payments made via PayPal E-Cheques will take longer, as we hold goods at our dispatch until such time that the funds reach our account from Pay Pal. This process can take up to ten days. Please be aware of this fact if you intend to pay via Paypal. Once money is received all east coast deliveries should arrive in 2 days or less. All other areas may take 3-5 days.
PICK UPS:
Pick up's are available on some items, however you must check with us PRIOR TO BIDDING on an item if you wish to arrange pick up. Some items will not be available for pick up and we reserve the right to make this decision.
Return Policy
We do not refund items. We will exchange or replace items if they are found to be defective and all reasonable effort has been made to correct the problem first. Please be sure that the item you are bidding on is what you require before bidding.
FEEDBACK POLICY:
Feedback may not be important to you as a buyer, but as a seller, feedback is extremely important for us to build credibility, so you, the buyer can be confident. We have been leaving positive feedback freely to all our customers, but due to a large increase in sales and even larger time restraints, we have now changed our policy, and only offer feedback after feedback is received.
