We are a Mother & Daughter team who live and work together from home and have a passion for what we do, and with a lot of backup and patience from the men in the house we have the freedom to be able to do it well!

It seems incredible that it has only been 7 years since we began Shopping at Moggie-D's first selling on an Australian based auction site and then and now on EBay... It feel's more like five decades! There has been so many changes both on EBay and now with Moggie-D.... We are still selling exquisite jewellery for very affordable prices, and keep raising the bar often to constantly improve on our service and quality control... 5 years ago we were appointed as the sole Australian Distributor and Wholesaler for a Jewellery Manufacturer in the USA giving us exclusive access to over 3,500 jewellery items, then 2 years ago we acquired a second agency, also an American chain Manufacturer ... which has given us access to another lower price range of many more beautiful Gold layered, Silver Layered and 925 Silver chains.... Winning Bidders

Payment Details                     

• We always contact winning bidders within 24hours of the end of an auction.

 Please ensure you have made contact with me within 24hours of auction close and that your payment is received by me within SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS of the auction end. unless prior agreement has been made with Moggie-D.

• Please use your EBAY USER ID, your NAME, or the ITEM NUMBER as your payment reference. Payments sent without a reference may experience delays as it is difficult to reconcile your payment to your purchase without a reference.
  
  If there is not any contact made within the time frame given the goods will be re-listed and we will be forced to leave Negative Feedback...

• Please use the eBay Checkout to complete your payment or to request payment details and your total payable. I will send confirmation email, including instructions for payment, to the winner within 24 hours of auction end.
   

Refund Policy

You and your business are valued very much and do appreciate that from the many people selling on EBay you are choosing to purchase from us. We like to feel that we are very approachable and friendly and have so many lovely repeat customers who have been loyally returning to us over and over again for the past three years.

We are very proud of our feedback ratings and  work hard to maintain them, we don't like to place our Power Seller Status at risk by attracting negative feedback nor do we like to issue negative feedback.  However we have noticed a growing trend in open ended threats being issued by some new clients in the wrong belief that they will get a positive result.  We respectfully request that you don't  try and open a discussion with Moggie-D with a threat of issuing negative feedback - It is not necessary and just results in bad feelings, plus we do not respond well to threats and the chances are if your complaint does not fall within our guidelines and terms and conditions WE WILL NOT  waive a 'blind eye' and comply with your request. 

As responsible sellers we  want you to be happy with your purchase too. We take care to describe the item as accurately and honestly as we possibly can, including any defects or faults if applicable, and try our best to show close up digital pictures to show a warts-n-all picture of the product on offer. 

We are always available for questions regarding our products and are more than happy to answer any queries if we can, our listings are on for a minimum of five days some much longer, so we believe we give you the customer every opportunity to satisfy yourself and read the details of the listing and ask questions and because of this we therefore do not advocate refunds

• WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUNDS

• Replacements are NOT APPLICABLE  if:  

You change your mind and want to exchange for    another item - bidding on an auction is a legal and binding agreement

 You do not read the full listing correctly - All the   details for the product has been given within the listing

• If Upon receipt of your  item the goods  are not as described in that listing - then a replacement will be sent to rectify the error.

• If goods are damaged (Not from being in* transit)  we will give a replacement

• The details of the listing is incorrect, be assured if this is the case it will be a error and not deliberate.

• Goods for refund MUST BE authorized by MOGGIE-D,

• PLEASE do not send un-authorized items back as they WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER

*Goods damaged in transit are subject to a damage file claim between you the customer and Australia Post.  Although we will do everything in our power to assist with your claim Moggie-d cannot be held responsible for packages going missing or damaged through the postal system either Australia Post or overseas

We are reasonable people if there is a problem; tell us, please note there is no need for aggressive emails or threats  of negative feedback etc -

• if your claim is found to be valid we will do all we can to make it right, either by exchanging the faulty item or refunding your purchase as applicable. If goods are authorized for return or exchange, Moggie-D will not be liable for, or will not refund monies paid for postage plus a 15% re-stocking fee will apply -  We are also not responsible for any postage fees or costs involved in sending the item to us for replacement, exchange or refund.  If the time to satisfy return of the product extends beyond the period of our being able to claim our fees back (usually 30 days) then a further 5.25% will be added to our restocking fee.  So it is in both our interests to ensure that the situation is brought to a conclusion in a timely manner.
  
  Please note refunds are NOT APPLICABLE for any Buyer's Remorse, that is, unless the item has accidentally been misrepresented or is defective, all sales are final. Therefore, please make sure you are happy with what you are buying BEFORE YOU BID OR PURCHASE! Most Frequently Asked Questions

• Is it real Gold?

Our jewellery is costume jewellery it is gold layered jewellery which has had  many layers of gold & Rhodium applied and bonded over jewellers metals - so yes there is a percentage of the item that has had real gold applied to it,  but  it is not SOLID GOLD.. there is a huge difference in prices solid gold prices are running at record prices around USA Dollars $650.00+ per ounce.  Although to look at the jewellery  you would be forgiven for thinking that it was solid gold. 

• Can this ring  be re-sized?

If the ring is a layered bonded or plated ring then no it cannot be resized.. Because of the composition of layered or plated jewellery if is basically a coating over a base metal and it would crack or flake if you were to try and resize it.  Because we maintain the same suppliers we are able to order most rings in for you.

•  The men's ring's are available in sizes?

USA SIZE 7-14

• Women's rings are available in sizes?

USA SIZE 5-10

• What size is it?

Please read our listings,  we do include on every listing the size of each item at least once so please re-read the listing to find out the relevant size link width or length of bracelet or necklace

• I'm not sure what ring size I am

• Where's My Parcel?

Australia Post state that we should allow 7-14  working days for parcels within Australia and up to 21 days for international deliveries.. But we do  find that most items are received within a 7 day period...then there are the others that can take up to 21-30 days..

We post every weekday sometimes morning and afternoon we only list items that we have in stock There is no rhyme or reason to what happens with the postal system, so if you have a parcel that is taking longer than the time stated please contact us and we will do our best to track the parcel down

• Can I pick it up?

As a matter of security we cannot facilitate pick-ups

• This auction says its in the UK (AU) where are you and why are you trying to trick me by saying your in the UK when you are in Australia

We are in Brisbane Queensland, we list auction items both in Australian EBay and UK EBay - We find that just by stating that you will ship worldwide was not ensuring that our listings were being seen on the UK EBay auctions so we now list on both sites.. The currency values are in either GB Pounds or AU dollars, but eBay do have your local currency amount shown in brackets underneath the listing amount.

• Where are you? where are your auction items?

We are not out to trick anyone on where we are we make a point of saying that we are in Australia for Postage and Deliveries.. for future reference you can tell where each EBay member is but looking the right hand side of the listings what country the Member registered in. 

Everything we list for auction we have in stock, with the exception of some wholesale bulk products where the individual stock is made up for each client's specific needs

• are you a drop shipper?

NO - everything listed on auction or in our store is in stock, other sizes not listed for goods may need to be ordered in.

• Can I pay by any currency the auction is listing in --'s and I would like to pay in --'s

Both PAYPAL and PAYMATE take all currencies, each auction listing when viewed in your own country will have the currency that it has been listed in i.e.: UK Pounds or AU $'s will also have the currency of the country you are in underneath for instance;
