Microworld Computer Center (ABN 27 852 137 68) is based in inner-west Sydney, NSW. Established in 1999, we started out as IT consultants, and a year later started offering computer systems and parts as a result of client demand. Shortly after this time we 'discovered' eBay and noticed the enormous potentional this marketplace had to offer for both the buyer and seller, we registered with eBay as sellers in July of 2002.

The Microworld of today is dedicated to bringing you the highest quality products at the lowest prices. We are able to do this because we directly import all our products from established manufacturers in South East Asia. • Your satisfaction is important to us! Our goal is to have a satisfied customer with every sale. Please contact us with questions or concerns before, during, or after the sale at sales@mworld.com.au.
• Caution: There are many foreign sellers offering their wares to Australian buyers, we suggest that you be cautious about these "deals" for a number of reasons; the cost of goods purchased overseas do not stop at purchase time, in addition to item cost and shipping, you will also be slugged customs duty and taxes which can add up to a signifant percentage of the overall cost and kill any savings you thought you made; add to this lengthy shipping delays and your deal may well have turned into a disaster.

• Shortly after winning your auction, we will send you an invoice with a link to the checkout page.
• All payments must go through the "eBay Checkout" process to prevent delays in your shipment.
• You may also click the "Pay Now" button on the auction page to complete the checkout.
• We accept the following payment methods: Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque, Money Order
• NO COD or Personal Pickups.

• We want to get your item to you as quickly as possible! Once your payment has cleared, we guarantee shipment by the following business day.
• Please check the item description for the shipping cost.
• Consolidate your shipping to save: you will be charged for the most expensive shipping; each additional item will be shipped at half price.

• Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days for a refund.
• The amount of the refund will be the Final Value minus 20% which covers eBay listing and final value fees and our own restocking fee.
• In order to qualify for this guarantee, the item purchased must be in original, UNUSED condition, this applies to the main product, all accessories, and packaging.
• If an item returned under this policy is not in stated original unused condition, the item will be returned and the purchaser will also be required to pay for return postage.
• This guarantee covers brand new items only. Shipping and Handling is not refundable.

• Please note that consumables, such as batteries or earphones, are not covered by warranty.
• If an item arrives faulty, please return it to us for exchange, customer will pay for shipping back to us, we will pay for shipping back to the customer.
• If an item is tested and found not faulty, customer will be required to cover return shipping costs also, additionally there will be a $20 testing fee.
• If your item arrives damaged, please make a note of this with the courier before signing, otherwise you will not be covered if a claim needs to be made.

We are committed to providing a solely online experience through our auctions. As such we have laid down procedures to streamline our service. Our shipping and handling charges include the following:

• Importation of the items and all applicable GST/duties charges
• Storage of the items prior to sale
• Packing of the items
• Printing invoices
• Labelling items
• Delivering the items to the Post Office

We also have specialised software which helps to speed up the whole process.
In regards to the above we will not enter into any discussion about our shipping charges. We feel they are reasonable and fair and should you enquire after winning an auction you will be referred to this page.

The time we would spend answering email enquiries AFTER THE AUCTION can be much better served by improving our service to those customers who have read our Terms and Conditions and fully understand all charges BEFORE they even place their bid.

• You agree to read and accept these Terms & Condition and our policies as detailed in our 'About Me' page.
• We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder with a negative feedback rating.
• We will send the auction winner an invoice shortly after the close of auction, if you are not serious about purchasing, please do not bid.
• If we are not contacted within 3 days, we will send a reminder. If we do not receive a response within 3 days of the reminder we will place a Non-Payinging Bidder report with eBay in order to recover our listing fees. This may result in eBay suspending your account.
• If you want to clarify any details about the item being auctioned, ask us a question, but please do so BEFORE placing your bid. We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible.
• Remember that if you win an auction, you have agreed to purchase that item. We must pay eBay's fees whether you pay us or not!

• I purchased an MP3 player but my battery is not lasting very long.

  We recommend using NiMH rechargeable batteries, they will last a lot longer than standard alkaline batteries and you will be able to recharge them which will save you money in the long run.

• I need to return my item for exchange, can I drop it off?

  We do not allow pickups or dropoffs under any circumstances. If you need to send in a faulty item for repair or exchange, please contact us and we will give you the address to send it in to.
