This is that, as we have seen on many occasions what was fashionable 20 or 30 years ago it has bounced back……

Quality of our shoes
We aim to bring you the highest quality at the lowest price as possible. If there is any defects on the stock it will be provided in the description as to our best knowledge and its price will be discounted accordingly. Our stock have different lever of quality to suit different budget. Generally speaking a high quality item does cost more, read item description and its assoicated price.
Our images of shoes
Our images will show you the true picture of the shoes. All our images of shoes are taking directly from the shoes and unlike some others we do not process or edit the images after they are taking. With our images you will see particular the slight uneven finishing lines which commonly exist on every shoe sold in every where these days. This may be caused by packaging or imperfect of craftsmanship. We do not believe, to picture a shoe as a masterpiece of artwork with perfect finished line is a way to represent the shoes to the consumers. If you see such pictures I can tell you right now they have been edited. Our images also will aim to you show you if there is any defects on the shoes, mostly if it is visible to human eyes when the picture is taking it will show up in the image. The only difference you may be expecting is that the actual color and shade of shoes may be slight darker or lighter than the image you view on the computer, this may be resulted from the reflection of the light when the photo is taking, or the color resolution on your computer even may be caused by when and where the actual item is viewed.
Our description of shoes
We do our best to describe the shoes accurately in terms of its material, color, size, features and condition including any defects on the item. Our shoes are made from Man-made material and Leather. If it is made from leather you will see the “genuine leather” has been given in the description. If it is a leather look you will see the “Man-made leather” has been given in the description. Our shoes normally come in with its box and without box. Generally dirt smudge scratches are expected on shoes when it is without box however it is not always the case as I have seen some shoes without box its condition is better than those in box. Sometimes the color of shoes are very neutral and subtle, a sort of blend of a few colors together and if you feel the color given in the description not quite match the color you see in the image please feel free to email me as I do come across with colors I find it is difficult to define at times. Also this is that we all have our own understanding and interpretation of different expression.
Sizing
All of our shoes are from different manufacturers and brands thus sizing may slightly differ from one with the other. We provide measurement on every shoes listed and the conversion to Australian Woman size. Our conversion is 99.9% accurate most of times with our well gained experience with Australia market. However I would ask you do not solely relay on our conversion please also check out your own foot measurement first and compare the shoes to the one you already have. Please understand we can’t provide the guarantee of size fit for every individual with online purchase as the best way to determine is to try it on first. This is the downside of online purchase and shoes are such a personal thing. However we do happily exchange for you if that happens as long as you are happy to cover our basic postage cost.
Our pricing
Our shoes are priced inline with its quality, craftmanship, popularity, styles etc, we have price to fit for everyone's budget. If quality is not a prioirty perhaps you can pick up a pair @ $0.99. If a high fashion runway heels is a bit too much for you, you might try other alternatives a slightly different look but it has own style with less cost. To promote our items we often auction items at lower price sometimes could be bidding from $0.99 for a pair of quality shoes. So shop on us often take the advantage of auction price.
Our services
Our working hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday except public holidays. Though we run an online business we still strive for a work-life balance life style. All emails will be answered within 24 hours even just a drop-in saying hello. We do believe selling online also an opportunity of making friends to know the great people in our community. As our warehouse is located in remote area our shipping day is every Tuesday and Friday 12pm.

· $4 postage on the second pair of shoes when purchased within 7 days together;
· 10% postage discount on BuyItNow items which we had applied to the items for you already;
· 2% discount on item price when paying via bank transfer; please wait for us to revise the invoice for you before transferring the payment.

· Pick up is available, please give us 48 hours notice and a onsite service fee $3 is applicable;
· Overnight express is available, please give us 48 hours notice and overnight express service fee of $3 may be applicable;
Return and Refund
Refund will be given as Store Credit; A store credit note will be issued for your record.
You are more than welcomed to exchange on sizes, colors and styles to the same value or make up the difference of prices as long as you are happy to cover our basic postage cost;
All returns must be unworn and within 14 days, enclosed with the invoice and packed securely including any accessories. Damage incurred due to careless packaging will result in deduction in value or being totally rejected.
