How do we ship

We know how important it is for our customers to receive their prized purchase as quickly as possible so we ship 6 days a week and in most cases shipping is processed within 1 business day and a maximum of 2-3 business in exceptional circumstances (like weekends, public holidays) after receipt of the payment (except for a pre-order in which case the buyer will be notified by e-mail as to the estimated date of shipping). We use Australia post standard parcel services for all our postage and shipping unless stated otherwise in the listing. "Get It Fast" next day express day delivery is also at a small extra charge and in some cases Free! .

Returns

We pride in delivering the best products to all our customers but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in the original condition within 14 days. A full refund will be issued once the original and working condition of the item is determined.
