Shipping:

Buyers need to pay for additional charges like VAT, Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). Duties/Taxes may vary from country to country.
We ONLY handle the shipping to you. Duties/VAT may vary from country to country.
Purchased item will be processed & shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment. All shipments will be made thru EMS or other reputed courier company.
INSURANCE: Due to Nature of Product being expensive we require buyers to take Insurance to prevent themselves from Loss or Theft of product.

Warranty and Return Policies:
Please contact us prior to sending back any product.
1. 14 Days replacement warranty if buyer receives item ‘Dead on Arrival’ or ‘Incorrect Item’ or ‘Damaged in Transit’.
2. 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty.
Buyer must send us the product for Repair. After checking the damage and its cause, It may take upto 20 business days to repair the item and send back.
Incase if damage is happened due to mishandling of product, all repair charges must be paid by buyer.
3. All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or repair.
4. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund or offer you other similar product to choose.

ChinaDirectDeals is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
1. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
2. Merchandise should be properly packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip.
3. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.
4. Supplier may change the specifications slightly without notice and as such item may vary slightly from as advertised. Please provide feedback as to any differences so we can ensure we our advertisements are as accurate as possible.

Condition of Sale:
1. The successful high bidder / Buyer must complete the sale transaction (including payment) within 7 days from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale. Unpaid items will be reported to eBay and buyer will get Unpaid item strike.
2. Item will not ship until payment has been received in full. Proof of payment have to be provided before delivery. Detail of payment process will be provided for the high bidder / Buyer.
3. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment provided / receipt of payment.
4. If problems do arise, please contact us, and we shall Endeavour to resolve any issues. Leaving negative feedback will stop all communication.
