To provide affordable products with cheap postage and great customer service.

 

Affordable products:

Whether you are buying in bulk for reselling or other purposes or if you are making a single item purchase for yourself, we try and give our buyers the best prices available.  Our profit margins are set as low as possible and we aim to generate our profit by quantity of sales rather than inflating item prices.  This means the buyer gets more for their money.  Because we purchase in bulk from our suppliers the individual cost price to us is lower and therefore we can pass those savings on to our buyers.

Cheap Postage:

Due to the quantity of sales and inturn postage, our postage rates are reduced by Australia Post.  This means we get to offer lower postage rates to our customers.  We do not profit from postage so where possible we do our best to combine postage on multiple purchases and find ways to lower the postage costs even after each sale.  We even refund the difference if we find the postage comes in at a cheaper rate.  This is all in the attempt to save the buyer cash.

Great Customer Service

As we have grown, so has our customer relation skills.  Now that we sell online full-time our response to customer questions and quotes is faster and more efficient, our ability to post out customer purchases is faster and our search for better bargains from suppliers has increased.  This means better service, quality items and more savings for our customers.

 

A little bit about us:

We (my wife and I) work from home - a 2 bedroom house.  We started selling online - like most people - selling what goods we needed to get rid of.  This raised our interest and we started taking notice of bargains from our local retail stores along with buying bulk lots on Ebay and reselling them.  We found digital items with resell rights to be a lucrative field and as I had an interest in website scripts and web templates I was able to expand our variety.  We have since phased out of digital items. Finally we found our first real supplier and with a minimum order of $500 we began making orders and listing some great deals online.  Now we have an array of suppliers and great selection of items that is always changing and improving.  We also have a website where we offer many of our great deals at our website.  We also list on other auction sites.
