About Us

Splashes Online Pool Shop was recently set up as a retail arm of an Australian owned company that has been well established in the pump industry since 1987. Splashes Online specialises in selling quality pool and water feature accessories. We are also fully qualified pump repairers and repair all types and makes of pumps.

We welcome from you any queries or advice you may need on any of our products you may see on Ebay. Splashes Online is also happy to help with any aftersale advice on our products and can be contacted by email at info@splashesonline.com.au or phone 03 9587 1122 at any time.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is Australia Wide by Australia Post or by Courier. All of our products are fully insured against loss or damage and we accept all returns within 14 days of invoice. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless goods are defective or have been damaged in transit in which case we will fully refund all purchase and freight costs.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
