I aim
to make the transaction as easy and pleasant as possible. I am not an
expert on everything that I list, so please ask questions before you bid.
Old/preloved items are sold 'as is'. I strive to describe items accurately,
including any flaws. Always feel free to email me if I haven't described
something as clearly as I could have, or if you need further information
or clarification.
I will refund
the final auction amount only, if I have grossly misrepresented something.
I always
answer email enquiries, send confirmation of your auction win, payment
and shipping. If you do not hear from me, it may be outside my control
- spam filters, full email boxes, etc. You can be sure I'm trying to contact
you, so if you haven't heard from me, please attempt to make contact.
Posting your
item
- I post at least 2 times a week. Usually it is more often, but sometimes other things get in the way of a drive to the Post Office. I will always let you know when I have posted.
I take careful measures to make sure your item is safely packed and properly
addressed, but precautions against damage and loss during shipment - like
insurance and delivery confirmation - are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to take these extra services I am happy to provide them at
your expense.
Feedback
is voluntary and a courtesy. I promptly leave feedback for those who leave
feedback for me. Should you discover a problem, please email me and I
will do my best to help. Should you decide to leave neutral/negative feedback
without contacting me to address any problems, I will consider the transaction
complete. |
