My customers are very important to me I endeavour to treat everyone with honesty and respect and appreciate the same in return     I believe that any problem can be solved with a little friendly communication I pride myself on my very prompt postage, my careful packing and I am not happy until my customer is happy I am more than ready to answer any questions you may have and will do so as promptly as possible    I understand that it can sometimes be difficult to purchase clothing without having the ability to try it on and feel the fabric for yourself. I try and give accurate, plain language descriptions and actual measurements to make choosing a suitable garment as easy and as successful as possible. My refund policy is very fair so that you can feel confident in your purchase. I am happy to refund the purchase price if you change your mind or if an item doesn't fit, once it is returned to me in the same condition that it was sent within a 7 day time period. A small restocking fee will apply for refunds, but there is no charge for exchanges for any item of the same or lower purchase price   I sell good quality items for everyone, no matter what their shape, size or age. Whether you like your tops with a little extra length for a bit of additional coverage over the rear or tummy areas, a sleeve to cover your arms, something sexy to show off your assets or comfy for the weekend, I am sure to have something perfect! All items are stored in a smoke and pet free environment and new stock is being added regularly

I stock a wide variety of items, some new with tags, some new without tags and some pre-loved

I source most of my 'new without tags' items from a wholesaler who removes the tags to protect the retailers and designer's branding and prevent store returns

These items are all brand new, but like in any retail clothing store, they may have been tried on.  

They are not seconds. They are usually end of season items that may have been in a retail store or storage for a few months or even a few years. They are also sometimes samples or stock that has been purchased in bulk and not been tagged.

Any noticable marks will be noted in the listing. Of course, I am only human so if I have missed anything, just let me know and I would be happy to work with you for a happy outcome!
