We are a family who love the outdoors, fresh air, sunshine and a sense of adventure. For the past 15 years we have been successfully running a family business which has built a reputation for being highly professional in what we do and very reliable. We deal with many clients from many companies on a daily basis and our relational skills have been well refined.
We have now decided to pursue our passion for the great outdoors and use those skills, to provide you with high quality camping products that will enhance your holidaying experiences.
When dealing with us you will get a personal service from dedicated people, and because we love our job, we do it well.
Like many of you, we have had times where we have been let down and disappointed by people whose business ethics or communication skills have left much to be desired, it is extremely frustrating and frankly we have all got better things to do with our time.
This motivates us all the more to offer you friendly outstanding customer service all the way, we care about your happiness not just making a sale. We have high expectations of ourselves and believe that if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing properly. Near enough is never good enough.
We are also homestay hosts for international students. We have had many students from many countries worldwide live with us while they attend University to learn or improve their English skills. We love to make people feel welcome and instantly part of the family, and we will go out of the way to make this happen.
Again this is another area where communication can make or break a situation, and sometimes it can be a real challenge, but a little bit of kindness can go a long way. Taking time for others, and putting yourselves in their shoes is one of the best ways of showing acceptance and how genuine you are. That famous saying - “do to others as you would like done to you” - is something we try to express at all times. This is the exact way you can expect to be treated as well. We are the right people in the right place at the right time, and we are here to serve you.
