Having always been interested in jewellery, I decided to set up my own jewellery design business and now have an established website from which I sell my designs: amandajocharms.com.au This is also where the full range of my charms and my complete Meniscus collection can be found (though I try to keep the range as comprehensive as possible, not all of my charms are available here on eBay). As a result of sourcing sterling silver charms for some of my designs, I became more and more interested in the world of charms and opened my eBay store. I am now a fully fledged charm addict, constantly on the look-out for new charms to expand the range.
For more information and assistance in purchasing from my eBay store, please see my store policies page.
Thanks for taking the time to find out more about my eBay store. Warm regards, Amanda

These little pictorial gems, some of which are available here in my eBay store, are a great way to celebrate passions and interests, make a statement or advertise, adding a splash of colour to any charm bracelet. They also make perfect gifts and can be custom-made using your own picture. All metal used is sterling silver and each pendant/charm is individually hand made with a domed, glass-like resin finish. Available in a choice of sizes. Please see the first paragraph on this page to obtain more information about this collection.
If you're on the hunt for a specific charm, maybe I can help - I'm always happy to be asked to find a particular charm a customer may be looking for. All the charms I sell are solid .925 sterling silver (if ever I sell any which aren't, I'm careful to state this in the listing). I don't sell any silver plated jewellery. All charms are provided with a jump ring for soldering by a professional jeweller. Split rings are also available (see 'Accessories') if you prefer to attach them yourself. If your charm is intended for use as a pendant just let me know and I'll attach a suitable jump ring free of charge.
What is sterling silver? Sterling silver is produced by combining 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper. Fine silver (99.9% pure) is generally too soft for producing jewellery. Sterling silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength whilst preserving the ductility of the silver and a high precious metal content.
Hallmarks The charm listings all state whether or not a charm is hallmarked. Despite that all my charms are sterling silver (unless clearly stated otherwise), they aren't always hallmarked. In my listings I now say either state 'Hallmarked sterling silver' or 'Sterling silver' if I can't find the hallmark.
Gold Charms I have many enquiries about gold charms. With the exception of moveable, enamel and crystal charms, many of my silver charms are available in 9, 14 or 18 carat yellow or rose gold. My gold charms are high quality and solid, unlike some thin, hollow gold charms which are on the market these days. Please email me for more information.
I will always leave feedback soon after a transaction is complete. I do not wait for customers to leave me feedback before I do. I work very hard to maintain a good reputation and do what I can to make purchasing an easy and pleasant experience for my customers, so please note that once left, feedback is permanent. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback so that I have a chance to rectify the problem. This is what eBay recommends (copied from their feedback information page): Remember that any feedback you leave is public and permanent, so think carefully before leaving feedback. Make sure that comments are fair and factual. If there is a dispute, try to resolve the differences before leaving feedback.
I'm always happy to answer any questions so if there is something you'd like to know or are unsure about, please don't hesitate to ask.
