I am a mum of 3 gorgeous kids but I also run my Ebay Store full-time, which means I’m never too far away to answer your questions ☻
The majority of my stock is licensed overstocks from Leading department Stores & Good Quality Imported Clothing straight from the Wholesalers & handpicked by myself.
Sometimes my suppliers have a legal obligation to cut the tags but I always try to state if this is the case, ie Partial label / Brand new with tags….. Not that it ever affects the quality of the garment.
I have been selling on Ebay for the past 4 years and prior to that have had around 18 years in the customer Service Area. I take pride in what I sell & I would never sell anything that my own family would not wear, however I am only human so should I overlook something, please email me and I will try to sort it out.
I stand by the products I sell & therefore if an item is faulty please contact me within 7 days of purchase and I will try to replace with a similar item or another item from our store to the same value on return of the article (at my expense.) If you decide you don’t want an item or the size is incorrect the return postage is your responsibility.
All the items I sell are from a smoke free home.
