Q: What is the condition of your books?
A: All the books are pre-loved unless otherwise stated. They have been read before so they may show creasing down the spine or other normal wear associated with having been owned before. All pages are intact.
Q: Is it hardcover or paperback?
A: If the word 'hardcover' isn't in the description then consider it a paperback.
Q: I'm bidding on something else of yours, can I wait and combine?
A: Yes! We are happy to wait for future auctions to end to save on postage for you.
Q: I have '0' feedback, can I still bid on your items?
A: Absolutely! We are happy to do business with new customers and to answer any questions you may have.
Q: I asked you a question but you didn't respond straight away, why?
A: It could be any number of reasons: I'm at work; my server has decided that I've gone over my email limit; its 3 o'clock in the morning! Seriously though, if you have a question about an item, please do not leave it until the auction is about to end - I may not be at home.
Q: Why haven't you left me any feedback yet?
A: Because it is easier to do feedback in bulk instead of one at a time. Generally I do it once a fortnight.
